Pink + Peace Sign + Wheels + Pull-handle = Rave Reviews from our little girl. But with the benefit of about two months of hindsight, dad isn't so thrilled about this product. The seams started to fray after a couple of weeks. Less than a month after we gave it to our daughter, one of the straps was missing - all we had was about twenty feet of frayed string where the strap used to be connected at the bag. A couple of weeks later, and the handle (which collapses down if you're really using this as a backpack) wouldn't stay up unless you held it. Let me say a word about our retailer (Broad Bay Cotton) -- they were fantastic. I emailed them through Amazon, and they replied almost immediately. I ended up speaking with them on the phone, and they replaced the bag without any hassle. They didn't even want me to send the old bag back to them. So they get five...
